Order Processing

In stock orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Any orders that include pre-order or out of stock items will be held until all the items from your order are in.

Shipping Policy

We apologize but currently we are only shipping within the US as we look for the best method of shipping internationally that will be beneficial to our customers. We fully intend to ship internationally in the future, so check back often or drop us a line if you have any questions.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

USPS

Media Mail is the most cost effective method of shipping books to our customers. Estimated delivery times are a little longer but the money you save is a bonus. If you are not in a rush, you may want to choose this method. Note: This can only be used for purchasing books.

  • Price based on weight
  • Delivery time is 2 - 8 business days

FLAT RATE SHIPPING $15

  • Flat rate shipping will be either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We will determine the best method at the time of order. 
  • Delivery estimate for Priority Mail is 1 - 3 business days.
  • UPS delivery times are 1 - 5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or other mail related issues.  

Banana Smoothee ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Banana Smoothee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Banana Smoothee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item, please take a picture of the item and the box and email us at lana@fantasticalreads.com. We will do our best to assist you with this issue.
